Adam was a good one
Adam did everything he could to solve a difficult situation. He wasn't given the information to make the repairs but he did everything he could to while he was here. I would recommend him to repair my appliances anytime

Parts replacement
George replaced the torn gasket on our refrigerator door and explained where the cool air comes out of so that we don't block it. He was knowledgeable, punctual, amiable, and efficient. He also adjusted the grill at the bottom of our refrigerator so that it won't keep coming undone. Top notch!

Stephen the Tech Guy
The technicians are always kind, courteous and helpful. no problems. The real issue is with the Sears phone experience. It is Horrible and the prompts are NOT there when you want to respond that your parts have not arrived. Work on fixing the experience and put living people to talk to that can speak fluent English.

The technician did a great job However the light in my he dryer is not working and my gentle cycle melts my fine wash also drum makes terrible unbalanced noise would appreciate the items to be fixed text me for a revisit else I would like to speak to a manager why we have to put up with this since the control is not working.
