Scott was punctual on his arrival. He came much earlier than anticipated. He was very knowledgeable in regards to repairing our refrigerator. It works great now! Scott is friendly and pleasant.

An appliance repair guy came and put a 15 min part in my refrigerator today. He was awesome after my having to put up with the fake appointment service that jerks customers over for weeks saying random things like your parts are on their way when they came 35 days ago etc. Not the the same Sears that the reputation they had sent us back to them for shopping
