An appliance repair guy came and put a 15 min part in my refrigerator today. He was awesome after my having to put up with the fake appointment service that jerks customers over for weeks saying random things like your parts are on their way when they came 35 days ago etc. Not the the same Sears that the reputation they had sent us back to them for shopping

John was extremely knowledgeable about all the different appliances and super kind and conscientious. He did a Wonderful job. He was very clear and helped me understand the way that my appliances worked in a way that I had not known before.

Stephen and Mark were great. Sears rescheduled for me last visit because my part came in damaged. So that was tough but i got another appointment two weeks later. And things went smoothly then.
