The wall switch for the garage door opener failed. I scoured the interweb and couldn’t find anything saying it was an exact replacement. Tried a couple from Amazon but nothing worked right. Nice guy came out and told me he didn’t have a switch or know what I should do outside of whole new system. I paid 139.00 for my last stitch cry for help, Sears Service. UPDATE They saw this post and supplied a phone number for the Sears Repair div. Funny, but even with all my paperwork, the service order number, the technicians code, the details of the credit card charges and they apologized that could not find any information on the service call from just this past Friday. They couldn't find my phone number and asked for the one I used to book the appointment. Its my only phone. They proclaim all AI generated phone help. Useless to my issue.

He was very rude and he disrespected my wife and me I never want this man back in my house. He was extremely rude and did nothing to repair my machine. I wouldn’t even want service from this company if techs are this way

Soooo…I gave these guys a 5-star review before I realized that the washer is not only still broken - after two rounds of repair visits - but that I need to make yet ANOTHER new appointment to get it seen to. I’m back at square 1. The technician was a nice guy but this is getting ridiculous. Taking back the review.

Sadly, I found our repair person to be condescending, rude, and unhelpful. We were really disappointed and frustrated with the whole ordeal.

He was less than helpful, he told me am to read my manual and do my own services. He can't show what to do or how to do what's to be done . If te does then he'll have to charge me. He spend less than 10 mins.

I scheduled an appointment knowing it was a bad ignitor and then was told it would be $550 to change it. When I questioned the price I was told it was because it was over $200 for a part. After the tech left and I realized the exact same part is only $20 I canceled my appointment but they haven't refunded the money and no matter how many times I call I can't get a person so I'm going to have to fight the charge with my credit card company. Trust me don't book, it's a total scam, I would give it 0 stars if I could, charging $220 for a part that's $20 everywhere, it's criminal. If you don't believe me then try to get a person on the phone, it's impossible. Edit: They responded to contact them but I tried both the phone number and the website. The only options are to schedule an appointment or adjust an appointment and there is still no way to get ahold of a person.

Rob the technician did a perfectly good job. Dealing with A&E and Sears Home Services and Lowe’s warranties was hellish and I’ll never do it again. In fact I had ordered a vacuum cleaner with a warranty but due to the horrors of this experiences I’ve now canceled it. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone and even after you finally got through nobody would do anything helpful. They made me set aside a full day to wait for the repair man and then they canceled that appointment and made me another one with only two days notice. Again they wanted me to clear my entire day. The guy came an hour before the end of the day. By then all the food had rotted in my refrigerator. Will never buy from Lowe’s again and will certainly never buy their extended warranty. Would’ve been worth spending several hundred bucks to avoid having to deal with the warranty situation. Not doing that again.
