Your technician Danny was excellent performing preventative maintenance on my Craftsman Lawn Tractor. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. You are in very good hands as he has a lot of experience. He was very thorough and provided great advice and took the time to explain the services he was performing. I was very pleased with Danny’s service.

Joseph D was great. Arrived and took care of the problem with my freezer finally after two months of waiting . Prior technician was horrible Poor client service i had an appointment scheduled and once again no show no call and got a receipt saying the work had been completed this is the fifth appointment with no success. Not sure how this company is going to keep my business, i have been with sears protection for 20 years… i do not recommend this service. Very disappointed.i just got message from sears on my review to call them and get it fixed for what so they set me up another appointment and set me up for failure again and nothing is done about it waist a hole day again.
