This is the 2nd time in 3yrs in using Sears repair for my dryer. Their technicians are excellent! Twice we were so fortunate to have great guys!! Ron was similar amazing. Professional, hard working and kind. You need more like him. Everything was fixed all in one shot and timely. Great job!!

My husband's & my service technician, Tito, is the best there is! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable & skilled. Sears Appliance Repair - and we - are very lucky to have him!
