Stephen O.?was very professional. Our LG washer was up and running smoothly in about 30 minutes, humming along like it was brand new! We needed a new drain pump and he rebalanced the machine. He had everything he needed so we got our fix in one short visit from him. Also he gave some advice about detergent and what to clean and how often, which will hopefully help our LG front load washer last even longer.
