Scott kept me well informed regarding his arrival time. Much appreciated. Although the gasket on my freezer drawer may need to be replaced he was able the heat it enough that causd it to seal. So although this may do the trick permanently, if it doesn’t then I just need to call again and he’ll be prepared to replace it. Very satisfied!!

Repairman did a great job. He was fast yet efficient in his job. He replaced the part that had blown and cleaned up the lint that was there which had caused the problem.

An appliance repair guy came and put a 15 min part in my refrigerator today. He was awesome after my having to put up with the fake appointment service that jerks customers over for weeks saying random things like your parts are on their way when they came 35 days ago etc. Not the the same Sears that the reputation they had sent us back to them for shopping
