Poor client service i had an appointment scheduled and once again no show no call and got a receipt saying the work had been completed this is the fifth appointment with no success. Not sure how this company is going to keep my business, i have been with sears protection for 20 years… i do not recommend this service. Very disappointed.i just got message from sears on my review to call them and get it fixed for what so they set me up another appointment and set me up for failure again and nothing is done about it waist a hole day again.

Rob the technician did a perfectly good job. Dealing with A&E and Sears Home Services and Lowe’s warranties was hellish and I’ll never do it again. In fact I had ordered a vacuum cleaner with a warranty but due to the horrors of this experiences I’ve now canceled it. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone and even after you finally got through nobody would do anything helpful. They made me set aside a full day to wait for the repair man and then they canceled that appointment and made me another one with only two days notice. Again they wanted me to clear my entire day. The guy came an hour before the end of the day. By then all the food had rotted in my refrigerator. Will never buy from Lowe’s again and will certainly never buy their extended warranty. Would’ve been worth spending several hundred bucks to avoid having to deal with the warranty situation. Not doing that again.

Completely unreliable ,scheduled an appointment, texted me confirming appointment and texted that repair person would call when he's on the way.. after waiting all day checked appointment status online and says I missed my appointment..I rescheduled and they canceled and never notified me or rescheduled!

I was told that the average price for repairing the dishwasher would Be 250, unfortunately the technician quoted me 450 which is more than the original cost of a new dishwasher, if I’d known the price would/ could go that high I wouldn’t have opted to do the quote

Technician was great, he really is making an effort to try and fix ice maker but after 14 visits we still have no answers. He called his warranty and replacement group and was told to start his diagnosis over from scratch, so if you take 14 visits plus parts replacement times two, Sears has wasted close to $6000 to fix a refrigerator ice machine, no wonder the company went out of business and the new company Transformco seems to heading in that same direction

The communication from the office was terrible. The first notice said he was coming at 7:45 am. Then it kept changing later and later. I called and they assured me that they would contact the service guy bc I had an afternoon commitment. After telling me that dispatch or the guy would contact me, no one did. He finally came at 2:30, 90 mins after I had to leave. And then I got a voice message saying that he was coming THE DAY BEFORE. the technician was good but I spent the entire day waiting for him, not able to leave the house. I prob will not use this company again.

Unfortunately, I have to rate this a 1 because I’m not happy with how my dryer was repaired, I called them out to check it because it wasn’t heating up, one technician came out and looked at it and ordered parts. When the technician came out to fix it it wasn’t making noises when using it to dry when he left he said it was working yet making a loud noise when in use and was told there in nothing he can do cause it’s fixed. I explained it can’t be making that noise because it definitely wasn’t doing that prior to needed this repair. It still said it was fixed and said there nothing he can do.

Worst appliance repair service I have ever used. They give you an 8 hour window to wait for them to come. The first day the guy came early to fix my washing machine, which was great. It is only a few years old so the fact that it even needs a repair is disappointing. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump. I argued with him some saying that I didn't think it was the pump since it was draining some of the time and it seemed more like the problem had to do with switching between the cycles than the pump not working. He insisted that it was the pump and replaced the pump. Needless to say, this did not fix the problem. I called them back to schedule a second service and they were polite and offered to squeeze it in the next day. I got a call at the end of the day that they weren't going to make it after all. They said I was scheduled for the following Monday. They never showed up and again I got a call at the end of the day saying they couldn't make it and were coming the next day. I waited most fo the next day before giving up and canceling the repair. Nobody has days to miss work and wait around for a washing machine repair. I called and asked to be refunded for the repair that did not fix the machine. The first time the woman said she submitted the request and it would take 7 to 10 days for review. I waited 10 days and had heard nothing. I called back today and the guy said that she never submitted the refund request. Assuming that this guy actually did, I now have to wait 7 to 10 more days to hopefully get my money back for a repair that did not fix my machine that was done a month ago. Then I can actually get it fixed by someone who shows up and knows what they are doing. I definitely do not recommend this service. Now they offer to try to resolve it after getting a bad review, but they only give me a link to message them on facebook. I am not a facebook user. They have all of my contact information and that would be the proper way to reach out. This is obviously just to try to save face and not a real attempt to resolve the situation. I still have not been contacted by email about my refund request.
