Our fridge was serviced by two technicians. The new part put in. Ironically when I put the bottom drawer temp control back on (it was turned off) we have the same noise. The problem was not fixed

Unresponsive, nightmare 1-800 experiences. 7 weeks to complete a repair that took 15 minutes. Appointments canceled and no showed multiple times. No escalation paths after each cancelation would take an additional 2 weeks to rebook.
