Paulo is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous when he came to our house. He was also, teaching a new technician, taking his time, going over everything, step by step, with patience. Sebastian was observing everything, and focusing on all the details of learning from a seasoned technician. We would definitely recommend A&E Factory Service to everyone who is in need of appliance repair work.

Our technician SHANE went above and beyond replacing our dryer’s drum’s drive belt.He ordered a complete repair kit during his initial diagnosis visit. He thoroughly cleaned everything inside the dryer and meticulously disassembled/reassembled the machine during the second visit.We have a Sears service plan which explains the lower repair (deductible) price.
