Our technician SHANE went above and beyond replacing our dryer’s drum’s drive belt.He ordered a complete repair kit during his initial diagnosis visit. He thoroughly cleaned everything inside the dryer and meticulously disassembled/reassembled the machine during the second visit.We have a Sears service plan which explains the lower repair (deductible) price.
