Technicians were all very helpful. The sears system for managing appointments is awful. You can’t call and get updates, no idea where parts are, can only schedule or cancel an appointment. For that I would never use them again. Go local, it’s who Sears hires anyway. Sears used to care about the customer don’t think that is the case anymore.
