Erick, service technician did an excellent job repairing my washer. He replaced several parts to make it work perfectly. Erick was professional, friendly, and deserves this five star rating. The Sears Protect Warranty covered all parts and repairs

On a Saturday morning, I opened the dishwasher, the dishes were clean but soaking wet. Later in the day we lost power for a minute or two. When I tried to start the dishwasher in the evening, I got an F5 error and "call for service". Terrell came; he was very polite but didn't seem to be that experienced. He kept referring to his phone. In contrast, service from another company on a different washer, the technician connected to the washer and told me what modes I had used and for how long. Terrell never connected. He attempted to start the washer but there was no power. I went to the cellar and reset the breaker after which it started right up. Satisfied that it was (and is) operating correctly, I asked him to eliminate the chime at the end of the cycles. He got it to "1" and said that was as far as it went. I took the instruction book and showed that it goes to zero. He did manage to do that. As I said, he was very polite but definitely needs more experience. I will say that all phone contact with your company was a very pleasant experience.

The service person was great. Very communicative. In this day an age the expectation of the service call window, is out of touch with most other service calls. Having to wait all day is ridiculous.

Refrigerator hasn't been fixed yet. Eric was very unfriendly and cannot figure out what is wrong with the icemaker. As a family, we don't have a refrigerator for over a month. Customer Service is awful. You cannot speak with anybody. I need somebody to come back and fix outgoing issues.

Serviceman came out and told us we need needed an igniter element but he didn’t have one in the truck. We ordered the part instructed ourselves on Amazon and it doesn’t match! We shouldn’t pay to have someone come out again with the correct part. How will you resolve this problem?

Why do you only show the positive reviews?? Not very helpful. Bad experience with thus service. I cancelled my Plan and will never by a Kenmore appliance again.
