Repair technician was on time and very courteous. He was able to check out my appliance. I do have to five feedback regarding your website and notifications as poor. My service location was incorrect and parts were sent to wrong location after i used the chat and 800 number to supposedly correct the issue. Very frustrating to deal with!!
