I could not get my gas grill working. I had completely disassembled it and replaced many of the parts, but made no progress. Paul sorted it all out in an hour or two — and at a reasonable price.

Sears was able to get out here quickly to accurately diagnose the problem with our GE fridge. Unfortunately, most appliance repair companies no longer have common parts on hand to keep down inventory costs so we had to order the part ourselves. As a result, it took a number of days to get the part and schedule the installation. Sears came and installed the part and we are up and running. Their technician Paul was experienced, professional and highly capable. I would unreservedly recommend them.

I highly recommend Keanu for any appliance repair needs. He did a great job fixing my appliance and was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issue, completed the repair quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We lost power right before Shane got here. I suggested we reschedule. Shane asked a few questions and insisted that he didn't want to leave us without a dryer. He asked if I'd hold the flashlight, he'd get the dryer fixed in the dark. Great Service!!
