Zach fixed my dishwasher, and explained along the way while he was troubleshooting. Was under extended warranty, so can't comment on pricing.

Shane thoroughly checked out the issue with my aging Frigidaire washer in a timely manner. He was able to give me a cost estimate on all of the parts that were needed for the repair. It was easy to see that it was cheaper to buy a new washer. Shane recommended a low cost LG model and advised me on questions to ask the dealer regarding installation, delivery, and haul away costs. I would use him again and highly recommend him to diagnose any appliance issue.
