We lost power right before Shane got here. I suggested we reschedule. Shane asked a few questions and insisted that he didn't want to leave us without a dryer. He asked if I'd hold the flashlight, he'd get the dryer fixed in the dark. Great Service!!

The technician did a great job on our Bosch Dryer . Since it is ventless, you have be extra careful cleaning out the dryer after each use . We’ve had this dryer for 5 years and the towels took a long time to dry and stopped drying , so we called this company . He pulled out the dryer, clean the area behind the dryer throughly and had to pull the back off and throughly clean everything. Now it works like a charm . Highly recommend this service
