Shane K was very rude, and in need of attention wanting me to stay in the room while he offered over the top information that doesn’t pertain to the consumer. Once he could tell I wasn’t giving him full attention he demanded that I look at him and when I wouldn’t he said I could kick him out. Whenever he began getting hostile, I started a video of he and I in the bedroom and after deciding that having space and letting him work would be the best idea I left the room. Shortly after I returned to the room to retrieve my cell phone, which I had left and he was packing up. He said that he was done diagnosing, and that the problem was putting towels in on a speed cycle and putting in too much detergent? The towels have been put in simply as a demonstration so that we could see what it did on speed cycle. Ultimately, I don’t think that he ever wanted to be on the service call or once he saw that the washer was underneath the dryer and stacked they didn’t have the white door capability to fix the issue.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Sears home service. I would give zero stars if possible. We had an appointment for our washer and dryer today 5/19/25 I was told 12:50-2pm Then was told 2:50-5 Then a missed call and voicemail saying the technician wouldn’t make it and they could schedule for the 21st 8am-5pm. This was all ready after the technician should have been here and we had been waiting for 5.5 hours at this point. I called customer service which was a challenge in itself to find a phone number that wasn’t AI automated. When I finally got a service representative on the phone I was told there was no way to contact dispatch to get an answer on why the appointment was cancelled. And no way to guarantee a specific time spot until dispatch calls tomorrow. And to give Sears a second chance and that they assure me it would be done tomorrow 5/20/25 instead of 5/21/25 My oldest son has autism and any interruptions to our schedule throws him off and makes life incredibly hard. A 6 hour interruption today was hard enough. Being told a 9 hour time frame for tomorrow was unacceptable. We canceled and found another local company who guaranteed a time spot for 8am tomorrow 5/20/25. Do yourself a favor and Stick with local/family owned businesses.

Repair tech identified incorrect problem that caused my repair claim to be denied. I would not recognize tech to anyone.

Tim the technician was great, on time and very professional. The only issue was speaking with a real person to confirm appointment and scheduling times. The Al assistant was horrible to use! It would not confirm scheduling changes to which I had to wait an additional week for the repair. Horrible to the point that I would not use Sears Appliance Repair again.

I think is the worse service nobody showed up the first time no call nd time all day we went back & forth around pm says truck broke down.&ehen he did get he my daughter asked him how it was going she got a rude response worst service ever.writting to district manager u can’t even call to speak to someone😡

Ordered a repair for a dryer, response was quick and gave a response time coming between 8 and 5 Friday. Ok Got a call around 9 am and was told the time would be 3 to 5. Ok good I know the time. Five o'clock comes and no one came. Called service and was a little behind. What time you close?. Seven pm. Seven comes nothing. No response. Seven at night we figured not coming. We are going out after an eleven hour ordeal. Get email at 7:30 he is coming and We did not read until after eight. Long day. A little ridiculous kind of weird you do not expect a service repair after Eight pm after waiting basically all day. Not the repair mans fault. He is doing his job. Ps aggrivated! Will have to try again.

Horrible service. Stay away!

Shane was a nice man but after 3 unsuccessful trips our fridge is still broken. This is not because of Shane. The parts numbers listed are incorrect so the wrong parts are being sent. This fridge is just over a year old. Lowes extended warranty company is horrible. LG is falling on our list of appliances. Shane was told the Insurance co. would contact us within 2 days.....5 days and counting.

Ice maker has not made any ice as of 8:33 pm today, need to come back and correct the problem
