Erick, was professional, courteous, friendly and honest. He kept me informed of what time he might be at my house. He finally arrived at 7pm I felt bad for him because this was a very long day. He came in tested my refrigerator and gave my options. Which was pay for a repair on a refrigerator that was 13yrs old with no guarantee that something else won't go in a few days or months or pay a little less for a new refrigerator. I will be looking for a new refrigerator. It's too bad that they don't make appliances last like they use to. I have a refrigerator that's from the late eighties and it is still going strong.

Technician was courteous, 100% correct on the diagnosis, capable on his own, conscious of being careful and aware of protecting my floors etc! I would welcome him any time I had a problem!
