The technician was outstanding. He knew what he was doing and worked hard to fix the problem. He was very friendly. I was not a fan of the telephone service and I would prefer to talk to a human being.

Erick D was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He made the repair efficiently and explained everything clearly. It was a huge relief to have the fridge cooling again so fast! While the appointment scheduling process is entirely digital and AI automated which is actually simple and effective it would still be nice to have the option to speak with a live representative for confirmation. That said, I appreciated the tracking link that let me follow the technician’s ETA in real time. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend their service!
