After waiting 2 months for the right part to be ordered the Technician went out of way and called around until he found what he was looking for ! Arrived today with part in hand and finally repaired the dryer ! Before this someone dropped the ball and caused me to be without a dryer for 2 months ! Thank you for the repair job today !

Prompt, detailed and professional. It was actually a pleasure to have this technician diagnosis the problem. He was very accurate and detailed in his diagnosis and, ordered the necessary part to repair without any issues.
