Everything about this experience, unlike my past history with Sears, was excellent. Mark knew his business, was patient and understanding, and fixed the problem immediately. He communicated well. Five plus stars. BUT I welcome a call back from Sears Home Services about your previous poor service regarding other covered appliances.
