Erick came initially to diagnose the problem we were having with our front-loading washing machine’s electronics. He clearly knew what he was doing and based both on what he checked out and from listening to the symptoms I described he knew we needed a new digital panel, which he ordered. The estimate he provided showed that the part and service were covered under the warranty. I was pleased to see that he was the technician who was coming back to do the installation. The new panel resolved the issue with the electronics, though I suspect there may be a lurking issue with the tub, which shakes and rumbles during the spin cycle. Erick noticed this too, and advised that given the cost of that part, it may need to be a bit worse to get coverage under the extended warranty. I’ll keep an eye on it for sure!
