Technician was outstanding. The replacement control panel did not come with a touch panel overlay, but he very carefully and adeptly removed the old one from the failed control panel, and was able to reuse it to complete the repair successfully. He was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. He deserves recognition for a job extremely well done!

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was very fear. He could’ve said it was something else but he told me it’s only the gasket he took his time and even repaired the refrigerator gasket along with the freezer gasket.
