Sears service men are very professionals, courteous and skilled. They do their jobs very thoroughly to our satisfaction. They also make us knowledgeable if any appliance need any special care for better maintenance. We are using Sears Appliance maintenance service for about 35 years without a break. I recommend anyone to use their service.

I have been very satisfied with my service from Sears. The service men are prompt, polite and efficient. The scheduling seems to work out well every time. If there is a problem you are notified promptly and don't have to wait and wonder all day about where they are.

Sears personnel came and accessed my electric glasstop stove for maintenance, he answered our questions on how to keep the stove in well working condition. Overall, happy with the experience. He came before noon which was a plus.
