The technician and his aide did a good job. They said to wait a few days. I did and there is ice. The only thing I do not understand is why the red lettered sign:filter has come up. Did they somehow take it with the discarded stuff? What to do and where do I get that filter? Thank you..

I don’t like the fact you could only go through the website to actually get anything accomplished. You don’t talk to a person even if you call the one 800 number you don’t get a person. The fact that everything is done by text or an app is absolutely crazy. There’s no human communication you don’t get no person to talk to you about prices. You get no receipts. Everything is electronic. The process was long the times kept changing …The technician was never here when he was supposed to be.

Technician was quick but thorough. He ended up coming by about an hour outside the timeframe requested. The original timeframe was btwn 1-5PM, starting with an eta around 2:30, but it ended up being around 6:00. The website does a good job setting expectations, but I had to reschedule meetings as the eta kept updating. BUT I got this appointment within a day, so no complaints, just keep this in mind when scheduling service.

Mark, the repair person was really good. He came twice. The first time, he assessed what was wrong with my riding mower and ordered the correct parts and the second time he fixed it. It seems to be working fine so far. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because Sears itself did not schedule or keep the scheduled appointment for Wednesday and, luckily I was able to figure out that there was no appointment when I was told that there was. So Sears needs to be more accommodating at troubleshooting things like the appointment. I could not get through the phone because it kept saying goodbye when I was trying to talk with someone to confirm my appointment. I paid $500 for repairs; Sears should at least allow me to talk with a person.
