Rickey did a fine job. My concern is not with the technician, but with the length of time that it took for all of the service to happen. I called in August and it took four visits and nearly four months to get my refrigerator working correctly.

Repair man showed up to fix dishwasher. When explained the problem he simply hit the reset button and said it was fixed even though we explained that we had done that already and that it is not a fix. My husband had to really push him to actually check the machine and fix it.

arc? didn't have to repair anything, just an m.a. check up BUT I asked him to clean the tape path ways in my vcr but he didn't want to expose the internal parts to my dusty enviroment & small area [Others' Did in the past & the cleaning isn't complete without cleaning everything} and he left exposed wires with no reason why! He also rearranged 2 boxes after I asked him not to as I'm handicapped and can't bend to put the boxes back to where they were. u should send Tung, he always cleaned the vcr the right way for the job wasn't done completely! the wiring is still in question [if i were still able to bend & twist, i'd do it myself!

In this age of COVID the repairman came to our inside front door without a mask. Asked my wife if he should put one on. He had an awful cough too.

It only took four months for this company to replace one oven door lock on my tenant stove this was the best company ever (not ).

The Service technician Erick was excellent But the scheduling process at sears home service was a nightmare, and the price charged was much too high for a simple belt replacement. And it was impossible to get a live agent. I will not be using sears appliance repair again.

I'm sure the technician is good at what he does but Sears has definitely dropped the ball with their AI phone attendant. Their AI only let you answer questions they want to ask with absolutely no personal Touch whatsoever. I made over five attempts to a correct a phone number but to no avail, thanks to AI. For this reason alone I would never use Sears again. Rip Sears,you used to be good.... 30-year customer saying goodbye!

I'm highly dissatisfied with my recent service experience for a portable air conditioner. I was unable to speak with a human representative, only AI, which quoted me a service fee. However, the technician who arrived attempted to charge a significantly higher price. He also informed me that the only solution was a $1,000 compressor replacement, which is over three times the cost of the unit itself. I declined to pay as the technician's payment system didn't reflect the quoted price. Additionally, he was late after Sears had me confirm the time frame he would be arriving 12 different times and he spent over an hour on-site only to state the AC couldn't be fixed.

Our refrigerator had an issue. W estates calling around about repairs. Contacting these guys was a grave mistake. They have a new ‘artificial intelligence’ system that is bonkers. You have to provide your details not even get to seeing the schedule. When they didn’t have anything available? We tried to stop. The system scheduled an appointment for us and began no barring us with notifications and spam marketing. At no point did we schedule anything. Repeated cancelling the appointment had zero effect. No one to call because … AI. We literally could not shut this junk system off. They dispatched a repairman anyway - to an appointment that was never scheduled, repeatedly cancelled, and wasn’t needed anymore. Don’t even contact these guys. It’s not AI, it’s harassment by insane robot. Just an utter waste for everyone involved but the hyper aggressive bot. How does anyone think this system would do anything other than drive customers to file a restraining order?
