He had the gould to charge me $228.00 when he was almost 4 hours late. The only thing he did to my lawn mower was change the air filter, and install a new spark plug. He told advantage of Mr because I am a senior, and because he saw my son, and his wife vehicles, a BMW with veterans plate on it, and an infinity. In his little mind, he must have thought I have money. It took him 15 minutes to repair the mower. It took him longer to rigg up this invoice for $228.00. I called my son at the fire house, and told him what Sears charged me, and he said the man Steve overcharged me. I am asking for some of my money to be returned to me. Never did anyone tell me it was a $139.00 fee to come to my Son's house? I would have said No!

Technician has been here twice and nothing has been done. Paid my service fee and received no services. Paid for plumber to disconnect my gas dryer and sears came to repair and brought no parts twice. Such a joke.

No communication did not know what the repairs were for. Left all the trash here in the basement took one piece of equipment with him that was supposed to be replaced. I tried to ask him about it and he just said no no I’m taking it with me and got in his car and drove off, that means he did not replace one piece. I tried to call him back. He would not turn around or come back. I want someone to come out and take a look.

The techs out in the field see awesome and know what they are doing. However the outsourced customer service in Philippines are horrible. Their lack of follow up and simply just want to terminate the call is rediculous. They get paid by the call volume and not results. I had to call them multiple times to get this order and each time it is just the comment of it being “back ordered”. The final straw was when I called them one evening and they had the audacity to tell me to call back because their parts center was closed and I need to call back tomorrow during business hours to have them put me on hold to call the parts department to figure out why it’s still on back order! I demanded a supervisor and it was a US based person who was gladly able to look at inventory and repush my “back order” through for next day delivery! First impressions should be where you keep your customers not aggravate them. A yes I will take ownership of this case and resolve it with one stop call is what should be the gold standard!
