Jorge was fabulous, communicated very well, polite and fast. But Sears, the business, gets a D-. The repair took 3 weeks because Sears "lost" the part, after 2 weeks finally ordered another via FedEx, and even after it came overnight, their scheduling software canceled my appointment because the "part won't arrive in time". It at my house. Somehow their software failed to track a missing part, then failed to track the shipped part! Their software is seriously broken. If this is AI, it's awful. I called support 3 times, not helpful and nearly impossible to talk to a human being anyway. There is no one to call and straighten it out. The business is badly broken.

Jorge was great, along with the other technicians. The whole system is a joke though. Ai operator, wrong addresses, not ordering parts. Please provide a better contact to help me fix these issues.
