I asked the technician if he can take off his shoes when he comes to the house. He said to me you can ask someone else to come then he was leaving. I have no choice so I let him come to the house with shoes. He told me it’s not worth to repair it and complained all refrigerators came from South Korea and China are not good.

This is the worst experience i have had. 5/28 appointment moved to 5/29 last moment and same way to 5/30. I git a call at 12:45 that he can only come between 1-2 and i must be available if i want the service. He was very rude and not even willing to wait for a moment. At the end nobody was home though i got $100 bill with my fake signature on it. This is just unbelievable

Sears/KMart is no longer at this location (hasn't been for years). I just submitted a request to update this listing to "Permanently Closed". Recently, a new business (Stop-and-Shop supermarket) opened at this location. UPDATE: The Google Maps team did not accept my suggested edit, for some reason. They can "not accept" it all they want; this business no longer exists at this location; it's a grocery store (totally un-affiliated with Sears) now.

The technician came out as requested to inspect/repair our washing machine. While he was here he told my wife he could also look at the dryer. She declined because our dryer is working fine. He opened the dryer and spun the drum aggressively and a loud clang came from inside the dryer. He broke our dryer and then said she would have to get that inspected soon. I have been trying to get someone on the phone to fix the situation and am getting the run around. Absolutely maddening experience.
