On July 17, I changed my appointment date from Friday, July 19 to Monday, July 22 and afterward received an email notice confirming the new, July 22 date…yet I also received conflicting information (alluding to the original July 19 appointment…VERY CONFUSING). On July 19, Carl contacted me stating he was en route to my home for the appointment and I explained I could not be available that day and had to change it to July 22. On I NEVER HEARD FROM SEARS HOME SERVICES AND THEY FAILED TO KEEP THE APPOINTMENT! On July 23, I contacted an office of Sears Home Services and explained Sears had NOT shown up for the appointment and also had not called me. The Sears employee I spoke with checked her records and said the claim “had been closed” and she could not explain why. She also explained that since Choice Home Warranty had ordered the service call, they would have to request a new service call for me. I DO NOT appreciate this poor and unreliable service from Sears Home Services.
