A lot was not explained until the end, then it was too much to try to take care of in a short time period. More information should have been explained. Still don't have a receipt, and you can't take to a real live person at sears home appliance. So frustrating. Never again.

In my opinion the tech had no intent to repair my whirlpool ref/freezer. When he arrived I showed him the broken wires at the bottom which he could have repaired on the spot in less than 45 minutes. Instead he calculated with his phone and quoted me $340. I declined and paid the $128 service charge for him to tell me what I already knew. Never again.
