Daniel was great! Off-shore service reps are awful. Give mis-guided info AND calling someone's home before 7am is ridiculous! Asked to have repairman call before arrival...never happened. Need American service reps!!

Daniel was our repair technician and had our washing machine repaired in less than 1 hour. My only complaint is how the appointments are set up. It was all automated and never able to speak to a person. The appointment was automatically given with no options. I was unable to take off on such sort notice and was unable to reschedule the appointment using the website or automated call center. I had to wait until a technician called me on the way to my house to tell a human I wouldn't be there and needed to reschedule. He was able to get me an appointment that worked for me in less than 5 minutes.
