My original appointment was 4/21/2025 it was rescheduled for 4/23/2026. The technician never showed up, but they marked the service as completed.

The technician came a day after he was scheduled after I took off of work to stay home and wait for him over an 8 hr time frame. A text was sent to say he would be there the next day after i waited ALL day. He said the drum of the dryer was warped. No problem. Then he gave a replacement price of $600, when the price on the Maytag site states the price is $240. The man smelled so bad that it left a stench in our home for HOURS after he left, even after multiple sprays of different cleaners. The stench was intolerable. This is unacceptable. We were not able to speak to any person during the entire process, only AI to schedule the appointment and check on appt updates. The only updates to service time/dates were texted by the AI system. I will absolutely not use this service for appliance repair again. 0/10

There was (4) techs that came to my home , Mark was the first that misdiagnosed the problem, order a motor, problem still exist, Christopher ordered a switch, So when Dwayne came out, put New switch, Problem Still exist. He adjusted price for motor & switch, took motor with him, I was supposed to get a credit, But to this Day haven't received a Credit, And my Dryer Still Isn't fixed. This has been since the middle of August, My suggestion just toss out and buy new , it beat the time, energy and money dealing with Incompetent Techs. I rate serve (1).
