He was easy to talk to explain my situation very well,he check my air conditioner and my burt wiring I would love to work with him again.he is a very respectful an professional worker.an also advise prices to me if the work is done bye sears so I know what I can afford when I call as elderly black woman it was refreshing too get someone who really cares about his customers

Mr. Tim showed up at 7:45 pm to do a diagnostic service on my dishwasher. Because the cycle takes 3 1/2 hrs to run he was never able to get machine to make the noise I called about. He suggested I tape the noise and call him back which will be fine. Mr Tim is respectful, courteous, and very helpful. He listened very carefully to the way we described the noise and tried to make the machine repeat it. He gave me his name card and information to be able to call back when can tape noise for him. Our tech, Mr.Linus, was on time. Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty on my dryer, so I didn't have to pay anything. I like A & E Factory Services😉
