Dryer repair

Mark was great but we had a bad experience with all the waiting for service . The first guy didn't have the parts even though I told them when I called that it wasn't heating. The second guy tried really hard but couldn't fix it. Overall it took over a month for repair to be completed. I really do appreciate Mark coming out . He was knowledgeable and had it fixed quickly.

Knowledgeable and kind

Mr. Robert was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our dryer in no time. We were lucky enough for him to still have the part we needed in his truck and he quickly replaced it. He was very kind and even gave pointers on how to keep our dryer clean and working to its fullest capacity. I am always nervous letting strangers into the house, but he was incredibly professional and on time, with plenty of heads up before he arrived. I would absolutely recommend him for any appliance service needs.
