Our technician did everything possible to get our appliance working again. This involved multiple service calls. He was always prompt, courteous and professional. Although unsuccessful at no fault of his own, he worked diligently with our home warranty service to initiate the process for replacement.

I was very disappointed, he didn't show up on the schedule date and I didn't get a call to let me know he wasn't coming. No did I get a call the office. So I am going to cancel my service.
