The technician was very good. However, being told at 3:15 that he was on his way and he arrived until five is a problem I work. I took off work two hours before I really needed to. Why would you tell me he’s on his way at 3:15 only to show up at five. Whatever system you use for tracking your technicians has a problem

Randy came same day I called. Came and diagnosed the problem. I had someone else who had replaced a fan motor and it was running backwards. Randy was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was when he first looked at it. Very pleased with service and charges.
