He was very rude. Didn’t even checkout everything. Came thru the door complaining about what he wasn’t going to do. Wish i could see the report he sent to my warranty company. Never seen a denial so fast

Refused to do work. Charged for fee ($219 total) without even getting close enough to see what problem is.

It’s been a month I still have no solution on my refrigerator or stove top. Rescheduled appointments seem to be a habit. This is the 2nd time I’ve been moved now until after Thanksgiving for my cooktop and no call at all regarding my refrigerator which the service tech caused to be taken out of warranty. I need it replaced and no one has called me back. Very poor service.

It is a Awful Experience the guy left the Washer has Water all over the floor He Made it worse then it was and left and you guys won't send another tech out

I am very upset with this sears service. Billy performed fraudulent activity. This technician, even though he said he came, never showed up to my home and did no repairs. He closed out my ticket and it took an act of Congress to get someone to help me. I really don’t like how multiple times my appointment was cancelled with no communication.. you guys have to do better with the whole process..
