Thomas was very professional during his time in our home. He kept me informed as he worked through the process of determining the issue. Once he found the leak he let me know next steps to resolve the problem. When the recommended solution would not correct the leak then he contacted the warranty company to let them know. I received an immediate update from the warranty department and they issued me a full refund. Thomas packed up his equipment and cleaned the area he was working in. I was completely satisfied with the level of service that he provided.

Bruce is very knowledgeable and cares about his work. He went above and beyond repairing my ice maker. I’ve had a couple of other repair people working on the problem, but Bruce seems to know more about my refrigerator than any of the others. I have a contract so I didn’t pay anything (for the next two questions).
