Byron did an excellent job on both the appliances he worked on. He was very knowledgeable about both and explained just what he was doing every step. He gave me a tip on how to make changing my fridge water filter easier! He is very kind and soft spoken with a beautiful smile and is very people oriented. He had to get a part for my dishwasher during the day and returned at the end of the day to put it on and close out the job. He is very good at his job and I wish he could come out every time I have a service call. Then I would know everything is getting done right! Thanks Byron!

Donnie was so nice , he called to let me know what time he would be here and was well on time with time to spare , after checking out my dryer he explained what was wrong and the cost to fix it. I will be calling Sears Appliance Repair in the future.

The technician wrongly reported to Sears that the cracks on the cooking range were due to damage caused by me where as he told me clearly that these cracks are natural and the glass panel needs to be replaced and it is not due to any misuse Such wrongful presentation to the company are unethical and morally wrong to accuse us which is not the fact I have protested to the Sears Master Protection agreement team and asked them th do what is morally right which is either to repair the glass top or replace it as it is covered under master Master Protection agreement Such mischievous statement should be brought to the attention of top management as it can damage the reputation of Sears
