Everytime we have an appliance that needs repair I use Sears. Today they sent Roberto out to fix our dryer and he is very professional.

Our technician was very professional and thorough. Explaining what we need to do with our dryer. He cleaned the areas that were under the dryer and to our surprise it wasn’t as dirty as we thought. He explained things we should do like cleaning the outside vent and always clean the lint filter after every load for optimal performance from our appliance. A very positive experience. Thank you!
