Joseph was a very nice and good repair person however I could not get my washing machine repaired. What I don’t like about your company is your AI automated system, and the system adds too many service calls to one day, the time range is too wide and because of that the repair person arrives too late, and it appears that you’re trying to sell them warranty service instead of resolving the repair issue.

The tech Adam T was great. But whomever dispatches or schedules the technicians needs to take a few courses in consolidation and efficiency. Why would Sears Repair send out a technician than can repair both of my appliances yet tell him that he can only repair one of them. Now, I have to wait 5 more days to have my other appliance repaired. This is so frustrating.

My ice maker was suppose to be repaired in October but no one did not show up. This lady service to install the ice marker was great. They came early and the job was done in no time.

I thought the tech was extremely fast and did not check the washer and dryer as well as previous tech’s had. He was in and out within 20 minutes. He did not move either appliance to check anything in the back or remove the top of the dryer to check the drum belt or look into the washer. I am comparing his visit to previous visits he did the bare minimum

The repair man was able to diagnos the problem. But, I never got an estimate for repair. And he would not take my Sears card to pay for the service call. As of this time my water heater is still leaking and worst than before.

I took off work 2 days. My 1st appointment the technician did not show up. The second appointment was set without my input. I was unable to speak to a live agent after calling 6 different numbers but always going to a bot that didn't have a live agent option.
