Techs were professional and work was completed timely. My only complaint was the window given to expect service was 8 hours as opposed to 4 hours that other companies give.

The 5 stars are for Mr Israel, going above his duty. Sears didn't send me the parts I needed. Waiting since the 18th. He went to a local vendor and purchased them. Hopefully, sears reimburse him, since I already paid sears. ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN NOT GET INTOUCH WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE EASY AT ALL. This went on for weeks that someone would call me. It took hours for me to finally speak to a live agent. SAMANTHA THE AI WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL. AI IS NOT THE WAY TO GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
