Our technician, Mr. Jerome, was excellent. He did a wonderful job. Sears, however, was not so wonderful. It is impossible to get in touch with an actual human to speak with. When circumstances, such as our part coming in late in the day, required we be rescheduled for our ac repair, Sears would schedule us for a week out. After three weeks of no a/c, they rescheduled us for a day we were going to have a hurricane. To speak with a person, I had to select that I need new service and was not using a warranty. This leads me to believe that if you are using a warranty, you get pushed to the back. Our appointment was rescheduled of course. We were out A/C for over 3 1/2 weeks. I put 5 stars for our technician alone. Sears as a company gets 1 star, if that.
