The tech kept me abreast of his location and when he would arrive at my place. He explained his delay in the first appt. and assured me he would visit my residence on my second visit and he did. He explained what he found and what I needed to do to get it fixed. I need a electrician to change a breaker.

Byron did an excellent job on both the appliances he worked on. He was very knowledgeable about both and explained just what he was doing every step. He gave me a tip on how to make changing my fridge water filter easier! He is very kind and soft spoken with a beautiful smile and is very people oriented. He had to get a part for my dishwasher during the day and returned at the end of the day to put it on and close out the job. He is very good at his job and I wish he could come out every time I have a service call. Then I would know everything is getting done right! Thanks Byron!
