Donnie was so nice , he called to let me know what time he would be here and was well on time with time to spare , after checking out my dryer he explained what was wrong and the cost to fix it. I will be calling Sears Appliance Repair in the future.

The technician wrongly reported to Sears that the cracks on the cooking range were due to damage caused by me where as he told me clearly that these cracks are natural and the glass panel needs to be replaced and it is not due to any misuse Such wrongful presentation to the company are unethical and morally wrong to accuse us which is not the fact I have protested to the Sears Master Protection agreement team and asked them th do what is morally right which is either to repair the glass top or replace it as it is covered under master Master Protection agreement Such mischievous statement should be brought to the attention of top management as it can damage the reputation of Sears

Called told me when he would arrive, arrived on time, saw the problem determined a replacement part was need, got the ok to replace the part, ordered the new part and then took care of his other customers, picked up the part and returned and installed the new part. That is service.

Byron was responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. My refrigerator is working perfectly once again.

It took the over two months to get someone to come and look at the refrigerator. Was constantly rescheduled on the day a Technician was supposed to come out, Your whole day is wasted because the service window is 8-5. Now the technician has been out three times for the same repair.
