Byron was responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. My refrigerator is working perfectly once again.

It took the over two months to get someone to come and look at the refrigerator. Was constantly rescheduled on the day a Technician was supposed to come out, Your whole day is wasted because the service window is 8-5. Now the technician has been out three times for the same repair.

Byron did a great job of getting me running fast. He was courteous and showed before and after photos to indicate his improvements to my appliances. He left the job site in a very clean condition. Well done, Byron!

The repairs were completed properly and in a timely manner when they were finally scheduled. Communicating with Sears Appliance Repair is difficult. I finally got a response when I filed a complaint online.
