AFTER 3MONTHS OF BEING STOOD UP BY SEARS NON-SERVICE THEYFinally sent my request to G&E repair,who responds immediately,called when on route actualky shows up,fixed my upright freezer,know what they are doing,but I v was not sent a review for that great 5star service.Thanks G&E REPAIR....SEARS SERVICE PUT ME THRU THE NO SHOW RINGER 9TIMES TILL THEY FINALLY AGREED TO G&E.I GUESS They don't like service that communicates & shows up.I was at my wits end,till they finally sent the request to G & E .
